The tube edges are milled to a specific angle to avoid flaws of butt weld lines. Steel tubes butt weld are done by fully automatic argon arc welding, with high jointing precision and accurate weld line formation. Butt weld line NDT is performed by automatic equipment and testing results are directly displayed on testing screen. The bending of boiler serpentine coils is performed by CNC technologies to enhance bend-accuracy and reduce working intensity. Small-R extrusion equipment is with the high-frequency heating function and able to process elbows and coils.
