The main material of 2 pin automotive connectorhousing is PA66 or PBT. PBT has good fluidity, electrical properties, chemical resistance and thermal properties. PA66 has excellent wear resistance, self-lubricity and high mechanical strength. PA66 also maintains strong strength and stiffness at higher temperatures. All the material selected of 2 pin automotive electrical connectorsand 2 pin connector housingis based on the requirements of performance.
