We have good management procedure which assure all products we made meet our client’s requirement. 1. All of our material are purchased from famous mill factories to assure the quality 2. A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unload the material in our factory; otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material. 3. Before put into production, all the materials must pass the chemical and physical test to make sure that they have met the requested strength and component. 4. When receive a new order, vice manager will organize sales, technical,procurement& logistics depart to evalue the production cycle, processing requirement, technical requirement, material supplies and other aspects to get a comprehensive analysis. Meanwhile, we should evaluate the manufacture difficulties,technique focus and product cycle therefore to make some reasonable decisions for the project that the organization, coordination will be ok to ensure the successful completion of each project. 5. All of departments will have a meeting on Saturday morning 9a.m to review the problems that happened in the last week and arrange for the coming week. We will discuss and solve them. Every department should strictly execute the meeting decision.
