ZYD Series Moveable Weather-proof type Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifieris developed for transformer oil degasification, dehydration and filtration processing on site at outside. It adopts full enclosed structure with function of weather proof. The Transformer Oil Purifier Machine adopts double stages high vacuum system and horizontal vacuum separators.
It can be produced with trailer that can be carried out on road and off road. Meanwhile, it also works with other electrical insulating oil such as cable, circuit breakers, capacitor etc. The Purification Process of ZYD Transformer Oil Purifier is able to maintain complete cleanness and improve dielectric strength of insulating oil.

This is the closed type of transformer oil purifier machine with several fully aluminum doors.It equipped with PLC automatic control system,can treat 600 to 20000 liters per hour transformer oil,this machine produced with Europe famous brand Germany Leybold vacuum pump and root pump,Schneider electric parts,Siemens S7 PLC ,On-line Moisture detector,Flow meter etc,we also could supply the China famous brand pumps and other parts as customer required. This machine particularly applicable to 110KV above power distribution system and the national grid, shorten the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer.
Features:
Double-stage, high vacuum can highly effectively remove the water in the oil. It can improve the breakdown voltage, the amount of degassing, the degree of dryness and the effect of one-time filtration.
Precise filtration system, multi-stage filtration can remove particulate impurities in the oil. High-quality filter medium has strong mechanical strength, high ability of containing pollution, corrosion proof and wear well.
Highly effective degassing and dewatering system that use large area three-dimensional flash vaporization technology to remove the water and gas in the oil.
Advanced pressure protection, infrared liquid level control system and chain control system for electric heating make the operation safe.
It can dry electric machines and vacuum add oil to transformers.
Horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the evaporation area and degassing time
