Zillion Techs is well known as the first commercial InGaAs imaging manufacturer and one of the leading image sensor manufacturers in China. We provide linear and focal plane arrays, extended wavelength InGaAs image sensors and cameras, SWIR(short wave infrared) image sensors. The swir sensor applications include security, surveillance, scientific, spectral imaging, machine vision, line-scan inspection, laser beam profiling, and process monitoring.
INGAAS LINEAR IMAGE SENSOR OPTIONS
Zillion Techs provides InGaAs image sensors options covering SWIR (short wave infrared) image sensors, NIR (near infrared) image sensors and IR (infrared), among which SWIR image sensors are our star products. They all have a built-in CMOS readout circuit (ROIC: readout integrated circuit), allowing easy operation.
Customizations for SWIR image sensor are available for specific applications and requirements.
