Automatic Carbonated Water Filling Line
Carbonated water filling machine is used for PET bottles ,and carbonated beverage of special equipment, unique clamping bottle filling technology, frequency control, automatic tank level control, equal pressure filling , etc. It adopts constant pressure into the fluid, and match the mixer perfectly, to avoid boiling, material inequality of production problems, contact with the material part of the materials are stainless steel 304,316 . pipe system control components are imported auxiliary equipment.
1).Rinser :
Rotary type,overturning washing bottle;rinsing bottle time can be adjusted;sterile water washing ;or decided to use washing media by user,working steady, plum blossom nozzle,
washing bottle is very clean.
2). Filler
a.PLC control,frequency control of motor speed,human-machine interface touch screen operation, card, bottle, and equal pressure filling technology;
Advanced level of beer filling valve, constant pressure into the liquid theory, fill the electrode control exhaust pressure
b,Feeding liquid line pressure control automatically detected.
3) screw capping machine
a.Screw lid up and down movement is achieved by the cam screw cap,
screw cap does not turn the cam is fixed.
b.Horizontal grounds covered hopper can effectively guarantee the management process covers not cover damage, anti-installed on the hopper lid automatically remove the body, simple structure, reliable performance.
