The speed of rollers is adjustable and can be directly showed on the control panel. Rollers are protectedby a safety shim, and rollers bearings are lubricated with manual-operation/power driven through a grease pump Features&functions 1. The mill is used for rubber plasticating, mix, warming and sheeting.2. The mill consists mainly for rolls, frame, bearing, roll nip adjusting, screws, heating and cooling device, emergency stop, lubrication system and such sections as electrical controls and, etc. The main electric motor arrives the front and rear rolls to rotate oppositely through reduar, driving gears and friction gears.3. The rolls are made of chilled alloyed castiron. Their working sufaces are of high hardness and wearresistant. The working temperature of the bored roll is controllable by steam, cooling water or oil that pass through them thus, to meet the require-ments of milling process.4. Roll nip adjustment is realized by hand or electromotion opearation which can obtain high accuracy and sensitivity5. The mill performs well in energy saving, environmental protection and easy installation and operation, meanwhile, it has a longer service life.6.
