E-Grind has developed PG wheels for precision grinding in Electronic mold industry. E-Grind wheels are peferct suitable for slotting, grooving and profiling carbide & HSS workpieces to offer highly precision dimensions and shapes.
For precision grinding of molds, E-Grind use abrasive core(ceramic core) instead of normal steel and aluminium core for diamond surface grinding wheels. It has perfect heat dissipation in deep feed and high stock removal rate process.
