Model: SY－3/200 USE AND FEATURES
It is suitable for directly cutting single layer or multi-layer of leather, rubber, felt, fabric, nylon, textile, carpet, cleaning supplies and other materials by the cutting die on the surface of the conveyor belt for auto-feeding and large-batch production & continuous cutting.
1. PLC touch screen program control, it has two kinds of cutting die setting mode (automatic and manual) to choose for cutting.
2. Special PU circular conveyer belt with back rubber roll auto-feeding & continuous cutting device, it can improve the cutting efficiency.
3. Manual adjusting caging device of four-column, which can effectively control the cutting depth.
4. Double oil cylinders、precision four-column auto-balancing link structure, which can guarantee uniform cutting depth of each cutting position.
5. When upper cutting board drops down and touches cutting die, it can automatically slow cutting to make the cutting material no size error between the top and bottom layers.
6. Equipped with central oil supply automatical lubricating system, to ensure working precision and prolong the service life of machine.
