Thermoplastic BushesThe thermoplastic bush is a kind of polyformaldehyde (POM) bearing. It is made from partially-crystallized engineering plastics and an appropriate amount of enhancer and lubricant by a twin-screw extruder.Addition of an enhancer allows the rigidity and high-temperature mechanical properties of manufactured goods to be greatly improved. At the same time, it helps reduce the linear expansion coefficient, molding shrinkage, and the creep properties.
