T-1 Loose fiber presser
Rapid action hydraulic press for compressing loose stock．elastic polyamide hanks．waste textile fibres．tow．．．Operated by two Hydraulic cylinders which are actuated through one pressing plate matching the Iid of the dyeing carriers．◆ Product characteristic
The base of the carrier,rests on a lower plate on rails．These rails facilitate easy access and removal of the carrier．
A device for completely automatic rotation and Iengthwise motion of the carrier is available as an optional extra．however for machines with a capacity in excess of 300 kg of dry weight．this is supplied as standard．
Together with the press．a stainless steel supplementary cylinder of the same diameter of the carrier is supplied in order to ease the loading operation．
The same press can be prepared to be used with carriers of different capacities and diameters(from 15 to 50 MT of compressive force)．
A special device for loading tow．is available upon request．
