QRD SUPER ENVIRONMENTAL U-FLOW DYEING MACHINEQRD series uniform flow dyeing machine is an energy-saving and environment-friendly dyeing machine. It enables a perfect bath distribution, with an identical delivery per nozzle. This system removes all delivery differences between nozzles resulting from preferential paths, to either inhomogeneous distributions or a decrease in the delivery according to the distance from the feeding point.QRD series uniform flow dyeing machine ensures fabric softness, smmothness, no pilling or abrsions and increases the fabric conveyance speed. QRD series uniform flow dyeing machine which has one more addtional preparation tank than normal dyeing machines. Customers can choose double feeding machines if needed. Dyeing liquor can transfer among preparation tank, Chemical tank and main tank. The preparation tank and chemical tank have the same function of measuring, and hence it solves tank volume issues to dissolute salt and sulphates. In actual use, the preparation tank has onter functions:
When the dyeing process almost finishes, water can come into the preparation tank and be heated to the set temperature under the control of the computer system water will be injected into the main tank in the washing process.
Water from steam trap or cooling water can be recycled by the preparation tank.
The chemicals from the chemicals tank can be injected into the preparation tank first, and the chemicals tank keeps on working.
When the feeding programme works, chemicals go to the main tank from the preparation tank.
If the main tanks needs to be repaired during the runing process, inject the cooling dyeing liquor to the preparation tank. It can reduce the impact of dyeing liquor on the environment.
