The history
Vacuum seal modeling technology (also called V method modeling) is the 1970s Japan invented and the successful development of a special casting method.
The technology
Vacuum process cast molding is a new metal molding technology and only adopt dry sand (no water, binder, tagger). It's automatic with a electric control system.
1. Make use of the heated EVA film covering on the model to seal flask.
2. Take out the air with vacuum pump. The sand mould is tightened by pressure difference.
3. Pouring to form the casting.
4. The course is physics molding way. Release little dust, so it's eco-friendly. And the sand recovery rate can reach at 95%.
