Paper machine pulpercan be regard as a small scale paper mill, which convert the infeed paper into fiber state to prepare for the pulp fiber molding process. Rotecho's advanced pulping system can adjust the slurry concentration automatically, which guarantee the final product quality. There devices fan blades in the pulp drum bottom, paper mix water will be crushed into smaller and smaller under a high rotate speed. A higher concentration pulping process will be helpful to get a better pulp fiber. It is critical in the pulp fiber product making line, for that pulp fiber fineness will determine the final product appearance and quality directly. Pulping machine is the batch working type, an efficient pulping system will includes several part to guarantee adequate supply to the egg tray production line. Based on customer demand, Rotecho can supply the complete drawing for the pulper in paper industry, we can also provide manufacture guidance in the pulping procedure.
