500L 5HL small micro craft beer brew fermentation tank machine supplier
beer fermenters are double layer tanks ,both layers are welded by stainless steel 304 . between the two layers interval ,the PU foam is filled 80 -120mm thick . To keep continuous cooling for beer in fermenters , there are stainless steel belt welded on fermentors inside layer ,cover 60 %- 80 % surface area of the interior layer . cold glycol liquid will keep cooling the beer inside fermentators continuously ,keep temperature 1℃ ~ 9 ℃ .Once the fermentaters go empty ,the glycol liquid will return back to glycol tank .
