Stainless Steel Instrument Tubing Description
Huashang instrument tubes are in a comprehensive range of corrosion-resistant stainless steels and nickel alloys protecting outdoor diameters from (OD) 2.0 to 38 mm. All sizes are provided with clean surfaces and shut dimensional tolerances reducing the risk of leakages when connecting tubes with couplings.
HUASHANG instrument tube length is straight, but our tubes can additionally be delivered as coiled tubing, contributing to reduced installation costs. HUASHANG instrumentation tubes are characterized by using high cleanliness, and tubes with OD large than 5 mm are delivered with plugged ends for transport protection towards inside contamination. Instrumentation tubes are applied to many industries, such as Instruments and meters, Petroleum, Medicine, Chemical Industry, Water Purification, Gas and Pressure Vessel. In order to ensure the quality of the instrumentation tube, we will be according to the standard to do an inspection, such as chemical analysis, tensile, hardness, flattening, flaring, corrosion, and hydrostatic.
