该真空压力浸渍炉分低温浸渍和高温溶渗两类，低温浸渍主要用于炭/炭、碳化硅等材料浸渍沥青、树脂或聚碳硅烷的浸渍工艺；高温溶渗主要用于石墨、陶瓷等复合材料的渗铝合金、渗钛合金、渗铜合金、渗高温合金的工艺。
