珍珠岩膨胀炉/玻化微珠电炉/蛭石膨胀炉
膨胀珍珠岩是由珍珠岩膨胀炉生产的，它是一种内部具有蜂窝结构的白色颗粒状材料，经预热和瞬时高温焙烧而成。其原理是：将珍珠岩矿石破碎成一定粒度的矿石。热煅烧，快速加热（1000℃以上），在矿石中水汽化，在软化的含砂玻璃矿中膨胀，形成多孔结构，体积膨胀是非金属矿产品的10-30倍。
