Schopper Folding Endurance Tester

Folding head mechanism consisting of two oscillating folding rollers.
Clamping system to hold the paper strip specimen at both ends.

Counter to record the number of double folds (cycles) the sample withstands before rupture, with a counting range of 0-9999 times.
Reciprocating folding action at a controlled rate (110 ± 10 times/min).
Folding rollers with a specific diameter (6mm).
Precise spacing between the folding roller and the folding roller (0.30mm) and between the folding rollers themselves (0.5mm).
Specific distance between the chucks of the same group (90 ± 0.5mm).
