1. Product Function and Application
The 8 Station Pneumatic Fatigue Test Sequencer is a multi-channel, air-powered fatigue testing system designed to perform a wide range of cyclic durability and performance tests on mechanical assemblies.
Using pneumatic actuation with forward–release–reverse–release control, this universal tester is ideal for repetitive motion testing, endurance validation, and life-cycle evaluation of various automotive, furniture, and mechanical components.
It supports up to 8 independent or synchronized test channels, allowing simultaneous or sequential operation. Each channel can be independently configured to perform specific test actions, providing unmatched flexibility for complex multi-axis or multi-part testing.
