Test Procedures

Sample Preparation

Include finished garments and critical raw materials to evaluate both overall and component-level shielding.

Ensure garments are properly mounted on the manikin with sensors correctly positioned.

Environmental Control

Conduct testing in a low-noise, semi-anechoic chamber to minimize external electromagnetic interference.

Measurement

Activate the electromagnetic radiation source and record real-time attenuation at head, chest, and abdomen using the manikin sensors.

Use the Vector Network Analyzer to measure shielding effectiveness across the target frequency range.

Durability Assessment

Optionally perform wash, friction, and other stress tests on the garment before re-evaluating shielding performance.

Data Recording

Analyze and record results with integrated software, generating performance curves and standardized reports.

Maintenance Information

Regularly inspect and calibrate the vector network analyzer and sensors to ensure accuracy

Maintain semi-anechoic chamber cleanliness and check shielding integrity periodically

Verify signal amplifier and antenna operation before each test
