Test Procedures
Sample Preparation
Include finished garments and critical raw materials to evaluate both overall and component-level shielding.
Ensure garments are properly mounted on the manikin with sensors correctly positioned.
Environmental Control
Conduct testing in a low-noise, semi-anechoic chamber to minimize external electromagnetic interference.
Measurement
Activate the electromagnetic radiation source and record real-time attenuation at head, chest, and abdomen using the manikin sensors.
Use the Vector Network Analyzer to measure shielding effectiveness across the target frequency range.
Durability Assessment
Optionally perform wash, friction, and other stress tests on the garment before re-evaluating shielding performance.
