Application
The Diaper Absorption Rate Testing Machine is used to evaluate the liquid absorption performance of diapers, sanitary pads, and other absorbent hygiene products. It measures parameters such as absorption capacity, absorption speed, and distribution efficiency under controlled conditions, providing critical data for product quality control, research and development, and compliance with industry standards.
Testing Principle
The sanitary napkin is adhered to the curved sample holder of the absorption rate testing machine. A standard test module is placed on the absorption area of the sample surface. The automatic liquid dispensing device adds a specified volume of standard synthetic test fluid into the standard test module. A timer records the time it takes for the sanitary napkin to completely absorb the standard synthetic fluid, indicating its absorption rate.
