The Athletic Footwear Shock Attenuating Tester is primarily used to test the shock energy absorption performance of single materials or material structures. After testing, the maximum acceleration of the impact head, the indentation of the sample, and the first rebound height are recorded, allowing for the calculation of the rebound energy.
