Foam repeated compression testing machine will accurately measure the thickness of the test piece, placed in the compression plate of the testing machine, at the rate of 60 times per minute, compress the specimen at the frequency of 60 times to compress the height of the specimen 50%, reciprocating compression up to 80.000 times, after 30 minutes at room temperature, measure its thickness to convert the compression deformation rate.

1. Standardized Testing Functions and Procedures
The system simulates the repeated compression conditions of foam materials in actual use. The sample is compressed to 50% of its initial height at a frequency of 60 cycles/minute, allowing for up to 80.000 cycles of reciprocating compression.
After testing, the sample is left to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before precisely measuring its thickness and calculating the compression deformation rate. The process conforms to professional testing standards and effectively evaluates the fatigue resistance of the foam. The system possesses precise sample thickness measurement capabilities, providing fundamental support for the accuracy of the test data.

3. Flexible Technical Adaptability
The compression stroke covers 0-50mm, adaptable to foam samples of various thicknesses (such as common 20-50mm thick samples). Equipped with a stable operating system (such as a motor and LCD counter), it supports high-cycle (up to 80.000 cycles) continuous reciprocating compression. The testing process does not require long-term personnel supervision, and the system automatically stops after reaching the set number of cycles.
