Manipulator
Themanipulator autocan implement gripping and transporting functions by programmable program. With high position accuracy, fast pick-and-place speed and stable process, Yiheda has many series of manipulators such as single-axis linear slide module, pneumatic traverse manipulator, pneumatic traverse rotary manipulator, cam 90-degree rotation manipulator, cam high-speed transfer manipulator, cam route-adjustable manipulator, etc., by utilizing these manipulators to complete the material transportation, horizontal rotation, 90 degrees of movement and other actions, which are easy integration, easy installation, low cost, fast pace and low failure, etc.
Transverse manipulator
The transverse manipulator is driven by cylinder, and the route can be adjusted. The traditional and precise structure is cost-effective, which can complete the clamping and assembly during the process.
Turntable linkage high-speed manipulator
Driven by two sets of servo motor and screw rod, the manipulator can move in X-axis and Z-axis direction. One X-axis action plus two z-axis actions are a cycle, the cycle time is 1.2s, which guarantee the speed, stability and accuracy of the manipulator, and can replace the traditional pneumatic manipulator.
