OEE shale shakers are special designed and manufactured with the advantages of high vibration intensity, large screen area, adjustable discharge angle during drilling, simple

structure and cost effective. Tandem shale shaker and Triple combination shale shaker could be provided. According to the customers’ request, Linear motion shale shaker and balanced elliptical motion shale shaker as optional. High strength alloy material SS304 or Q345 is adopted.

Desander is the second class equipment in the solid control system, usuallly 8”, 10”, 12” will be adopted for separating 47-76μm particle.

Desilter is usually used after desander to eliminate the harmful solid particles of 20-40μm, and the usual cones are 4”, 5”, 6”.

The quantity of cones will be decided according to the treating capacity requirement.

Vacuum degasser is a special equipment to get rid of invaded gas quickly in the drilling fluids to recover specific gravity of drilling fluids and stablize its performance. It is applicable to various kinds of drilling fluids cycling purification system.

The degasser is equipped with water-ring vacuum pump and constant temperature working status, which is suitable for sucking flammable and combustible gas.

Drilling liquid agitator is used to provide continuous and reliable agitation of drilling liquid in order to retain uniformity of drilling liquid and keep solid particles suspending. It is of compact structure, light weight, transmission balance, low noise, high efficiency and strong capability, because the reducer adopts turbine worm single reduction gear. The agitator is an important part of the drilling fluid solids control system. It is mounted on the circulating tank. The vanes of the agitator dip into the mud to agitate the mud uniformly. Our design features in the rigid shaft offered in variable lengths to fit your pit dimensions.

6.CENTRIFUGAL SAND PUMPS AND PARTS

OEE Centrifugal Sand Pumps are concentric type horizontal centrifugal pumps, which is mainly used to mix and transfer abrasive fluids for drilling industry. For some water well drilling, OEE series of sand pumps can replace duplex mud pump to handling abrasive mud in the fluid handling system, and also a best choice for solid control system in driling sites.
