The Features of Crossed Roller Bearing

The Installation of Crossed Roller Bearing

When installing the crossed roller bearing, equal pressure must be applied to the circumference of the end face of the ferrule to press the ferrule in. Do not directly hit the end face of the crossed roller bearing with a tool such as a hammer to avoid damage to the cross roller ring bearing. In the case of a small amount of interference, the end face of the bearing ring can be pressed with a sleeve at room temperature, and the sleeve can be hit with a hammerhead to press the ring evenly through the sleeve. If the cross roller slewing bearing is installed in large quantities, hydraulic presses can be used. When pressing in, it should be ensured that the end face of the outer ring and the end face of the shoulder of the shell, the end face of the inner ring, and the end face of the shaft shoulder are pressed tightly, and no gap is allowed. When the amount of interference is large, it can be installed by oil bath heating or inductor heating bearing method. The heating temperature range is 80℃-100℃, and cannot exceed 120℃. At the same time, tighten the bearing with nuts or other appropriate methods to prevent the cross roller ring bearing from shrinking in the width direction after cooling and causing a gap between the ring and the shaft shoulder.
