The standard construction of the Aluminium Flip Off Seal consists of two main components:
Outer Shell: Made from high-purity aluminum for strength and crimp integrity
Liner: Inner layer of polypropylene (PP) plastic, providing a smooth, inert, and protective barrier over the stopper
This combination ensures a secure seal while protecting the injection site on the vial’s rubber stopper from damage and microbial ingress.
