4 Inch Ball Valve
Description of 4 Inch Ball Valve:
ZECO4 inch ball valveis also the most common batch products, which are mainly floating ball valves. Occasionally, fixed ball valves may be used due to special working conditions.ZECO and theNational Pump and Valve Testing Center are long-term strategic partners. ZECO regularly sends samples of products for routine use to the testing center for testing every year to verify that the products have not changed due to any possible changes in the long-term production process.
Features of 4 Inch Ball Valve:
- ZECO 4 inch ball valveis designed with automatic pressure relief structure.When the change of pressure or temperature in the pipeline causes the abnormal rise of pressure in the valve body, the medium will open the sealing ring by the pressure of overpressure for automatic pressure relief, so as to ensure the safety of the valve and the pipeline;
- ZECO 4 inch ball valve has a reliable seating design in low pressure. In very low pressure lines, depending on the seat itself seal can not be guaranteed, there may be a small leakage.Therefore, ZECO designed the valve seat sealing form loaded by the plate spring. Under the condition of low pressure, the pressure of the plate spring makes the valve seat close to the ball, which ensures the reliable sealing and the sealing performance of the ball valve in long-term use;
- ZECO 4 inch ball valve has a reliable seating design in high temperature. In the seating of medium and high temperature structure, ZECO using para polystyrene as seal material, can be used in the temperature of 300 ℃, as well as higher temperature was designed using metal seal combination of high temperature resistant material;
- ZECO 4 inch flanged ball valvealso has a fire protection structure, anti blow-out stem and anti-static international standard structure.
