Features of 56 Inch Ball Valve:
- ZECO 56 inch ball valve has anti blow-out stem. Because the valve diameter is too large, when replacing the packing, if there is no stem anti blow-out structure, the personnel cannot control the position of the stem at all, the stem will be pushed out of the valve body due to the huge pressure caused by the pipeline site specific property losses and personnel safety threats;
- ZECO 56 inch ball valve is designed with super fire safe structure to prevent great loss after fire. After the resilient seal structure is damaged by fire, if there is no fire safe structure, it will cause huge leakage, and after the fire safe structure, the metal seal structure will replace the resilient seal structure to keep close cooperation with the ball, so as to prevent leakage and cause greater losses;
- ZECO 56 inch ball valve has excellent design in o-ring and gasket combination to prevent leakage from body connection area;
- ZECO 56 inch ball valve has floating spring-loaded seats design to assure sealing even at low pressures.
