PVC LAYFLAT HOSE
Pvc layflat hoses are used as the main hose/pipe for drip irrigation. The size is mainly 4" and 6". The working pressure of pvc layflat discharge hose is generally above 4 bar. At the same time, when pumping water, pvc water hoses are also used. The hoses are mainly 1.5, 2" and 3".
Technical Data of PVC Layflat Hose Pipe for Irrigation
Normal size: 3/4", 1", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 8", 10", 12", 14"and 16".
Working pressure: 4 kg, 6 kg, 8 kg.
Bright color, red, blue, green, orange colors can be customized production.
The mid layer of pvc layflat water hose is braided with high-strength polyester filament, and the lining is made of high-quality PVC. This lining has good anti-aging performance, a relatively long service life, and a low frequency of replacement.
PVC layflathose has a wide range of uses, and can be applied to farmland irrigation, engineering drainage, and sewage. Anti-freeze and explosion-proof, can be used at minus 5 degrees. Different from fire-fighting belt, this hose is made of through the weave, which makes the bonding stronger. The pressure is slightly lower than the fire hose. The PVC laytflat hose is easy to clean during use and not afraid of rubbing.

Precautions for Using PVC Layflat Hose
PVC layflat hose must comply with the hose parameters in use to ensure the durability of the double-sided adhesive coated hose. In addition, pay attention to:
When laying pvc layflat, if you need to pass the railway, you should pass under the rails to avoid unnecessary danger of car accidents;
The hose should be cleaned, the lining hose should be hung in the sun, and then coiled and stored in a cool and dry place;
Our pvc layflat hoses must comply with the quality standards of the hose, and try to avoid the hose working under high pressure beyond its own pressure range.
In the process of using the hose, try to avoid wrinkles and dead bends, and try to reduce the pressure of the blue hose during the work.
These are the parameters of the PVC layflat hose and the precautions for use. Only with this knowledge can the selection and use be more correct and the operation more efficient and faster.
