Bolting Rig
The rock bolting rigis mainly designed for the construction of tunnels, culverts, subway and small foundation pits. The drill with impact power head is suitable for construction in different strata under clay, sand and weathering.
It is more efficient to cooperate with air compressor and pneumatic DTH hammer to construct in hard rock stratum. Country III emission standard, 360 degree rotation in all directions. The drilling rig equipment can carry out full-section construction including front face, left and right sides, top of tunnel and vertical hole.
A special rotary spraying construction operation handle is designed to facilitate the adjustment of rotational speed and lifting speed during rotary spraying construction and improve work efficiency.
ABT rock bolting rigs are widely used for rock bolting in mining and tunneling applications. Our bolting rig make underground drilling and blasting not only a productive operation but also a safe one in tunneling and underground mining, steel rod inserted in a hole drilled into the roof or walls of a rock formation to provide support to the roof or sides of the cavity. Rock bolt can be used in any excavation geometry, which is not only simple and quick to apply, but also relatively inexpensive. The length of the bolts and their spacing are available in various specifications for different requirements.
