石墨电极

Based on the import & export data of past two decades, our produces from Φ300mm-600mm(HP/SHP/UHP) graphite electrodes in strict accordance with different types of furnaces (EAF/LF) production conditions along with production formula and process requirements to the principle of the best allocation of production factors and facilities to improve the production process. Import Per Year Φ300-600mm HP Graphite Electrode Φ350-600mm SHP Graphite Electrode Φ400-600mm UHP Graphite Electrode Export Φ300-600mm (HP/SHP/UHP) to different types of steel manufacturing companies (Germany, Holland, Spain, Austrian, Russia, Thailand, Philippines and Janpan). Export Per Year Φ500-700mm UHP Graphite Electrode Import Φ500-700mm UHP to Chinese domestic companies.

Production

UHP electrode electrode with 100% imported needle coke.

SHP electrode with 60-80% imported needle coke.

HP electrode electrode with 30%-50% imported needle coke.

Usage

For EAF from 30t-150t

For   LF from 50t-200t

The above production is also used in other furnaces like precious metal smelting and ore metal.

The equipment with high precision processing and automatic production is an unique production line of graphite electrode imported from German SGL Group. The precision of the equipment can reach the Europe Standard. The customers from Europe and Japan are satisfied with our products. The equipment owns annual processing capacity of 20,000 tons.
