Automotive wire harness load integrated test bench
Scope of application:
Meet ISO 8092.1 ——。4 series standards and QC/T417.1 —— 417.5-2001 automotive wiring harness connector and other related standards.
The instrument is suitable for measuring the voltage drop of similar terminals such as non-reconnecting plug pin and connecting plug lead, so as to judge the quality of the terminal. It can also be used as a terminal contact voltage drop test for connectors and wire harnesses.
Test function:
1, 8 loop voltage drop detection, with 8 voltage drop meters:
Pressure drop range: 0.01——199.99mV
2, 8 loop temperature rise detection:
Loop overload detection:
Series connection: The current is the set current
Parallel connection method: the sum of parallel current is the set current
3, single circuit short-circuit test
