Filter Dynamic Cycling Tester
Production:
Filter element dynamic cycling test bench is mainly used to test the chemical element precipitation characteristics of filter element under long-term dynamic cycling. It adopts touch screen operation mode, combined with PLC control, according to the setting
line, and can analyze and judge the abnormal state in the test process and send out alarm information. Manual interval sampling and analysis.
The test bench consists of four parts: test cycle system, real-time temperature control system, electrical control system and test bench frame.
1. Test circulation system
The test circulation system adopts variable frequency pumping unit, which runs automatically by setting the flow rate. System configuration: a test tank, a set of temperature control system, two sets of independent heaters; a set of bypass net
pressure regulator; a set of agitators.
2. Real-time temperature control system
test bench design heating device to ensure that the temperature requirements of the test system, temperature control range of 80 ± 2 ℃ range.
3. Electrical control system
Electrical control system mainly consists of hardware, software, two major systems, the system hardware are selected from well-known brands in the industry, applicable to a wide range of working conditions, reliable operation. The control mode adopts
PLC control, with good human-computer interaction interface, simple operation, stable operation and many other advantages.
4. Test bench frame
The test bench frame design adopts high-strength industrial aluminum frame structure, which has many advantages such as light weight, high strength and beautiful appearance.
