It can be used in single-use bioprocess bags, single-use tubing assemblies and components, enabling aseptic connection and disconnection of fluids even in non-sterile environments.

The BioHub® line of sterile connecting and sealing tubing products provides a simple, flexible and fast solution for aseptic connecting and disconnecting in all biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. It can be used in single-use craft bags, single-use tubing assemblies and elements, enabling aseptic connection and disconnection of fluids even in non-sterile environments. A sterile tube sealing machine can cover OD1/4″~1″ to achieve aseptic disconnection of TPE tubing. The aseptic take-over machine can realize the aseptic two-way connection of two pipelines in one take-over process. Aseptic disconnection pliers achieve aseptic disconnection of pre-assembled tubing through physical disconnection.

The aseptic disconnection pliers have no limitation on tubing material, and can easily disconnect silicone tubes and thermoplastic tubes. However, the disconnect ring needs to be pre-assembled before use.
