Manufacturing Technique - Cutting
The company adopts the accurate and efficient CAD layout system in the fabric spreading process. The computerized GERBER automatic cutting table system could integrate with the CAD system directly to realize zero-defect, speedy and accurate operation.
Manufacturing Technique - Sewing
The company adopts the DURKOPP’s sleeving machine, pocket-hole sewing machine, and flexible material handling & manufacturing control system for the piece pressing, blocking, and other critical processes, to guarantee both internal product quality and outlook.
Manufacturing Technique - Pressing
High quality BRISAY body press machine is used in the pressing process. Its internal computer could adopt the most appropriate parameters from its more than 70 different programs to different fabric’s thickness and texture, in adjusting the settings including steam output, temperature, pressure, etc.
Manufacturing Technique – Pre-warehousing
A rigorous inspection procedure is taken to ensure that incoming goods are 100% up to standard.
