Hot sale extra thick fire retarded 3 Layer Best Thermal insulation tube
It features: high temperature resistant(120℃,fire retarded), anti-abraision, anti impact and anti-aging. The close cell bubbles are foamed by cross linked PE (specially formulated). The inner pipe is foamed continuously without seam and closely welded with the outer 2 layers. The insulation pipe has no air pocket among layers. The special structure ensures low water absorption and good thermal insulation.It contains no corrosive material to the copper pipe or aluminum. High Temperature Resistant Type insulation features: The insulation pipe can work under -70-120℃. The good thermal insulation performance ensures no dewing, which avoid contamination of condensed water. The insulation is tested under 200 Hours of irradiation of Xenon lamp. No corrugate, pin hole, cracks and pulverization are detected. It is kind of evidence of the 8-10 year of life time under normal use.Vapor permeance≤1.3×10-10 and good thermal insulation performance retains the inside temperature and saves engergy. Fire Retarded Type Insulation features: The normal pipe in market can be fire retarded but emit black thick smoke. They are not environment friendly. Our insulation pipe is good fire ratarded and emit non-toxic smoke.It comply with the EU ROHS directive.The fire retarded insulation can reach the Level of UL-HF-1 (US) and M1(France).
