冷喂料挤出机
一、橡胶挤出硫化生产线用于生产建筑、电器、机械、水利等行业用的带状、条状、管状等不同形状密实及发泡橡胶制品。生产流程为：原料--密炼机--炼胶机--挤出机--硫化箱--冷却牵引--包装入库。该生产线的特点为：硫化均匀、硫化速度块、效率高、产品质量高、生产成本低、环保节能。
二、挤出机特点
1、冷喂料挤出机采用整体焊接底座，结构紧凑，安全可靠，安装调试方便快捷。
2、减速机采用方形硬齿面减速机，齿轮为6级精度，渗碳淬火处理并磨齿的圆柱齿轮，噪音低、寿命长、承受力大；
3、螺杆是挤出机的核心部件，材质为38CrMoALA，经氮化处理，耐磨损，寿命长、高强度，可承受大扭矩、高转速；我公司根据橡胶密封条工艺要求对螺杆螺纹结构做了独特设计，分快喂料、慢推进、密炼等五个阶段组成。
4、机筒采用冷、热水循环调节泵或模温机调节温度。
5、电机有变频器控制，速度可调。
