Fully Automatic Aluminum Coil Start-Stop Shear Cut to Length Line
TX’s start-stop shear cut to length line is mainly classified into three types:
1)Crankshaft shear CTL line
2)Hydraulic shear CTL line
3)Trapezoidal shear(swing shear) CTL line
- Crankshaft shear CTL line
It is recommend for light and medium gauge material with the max 6mm thickness. The line is commonly composed of decoiler, corrective leveler(4 high/5high/6high), looping pit table, servo roller feeder, shear, conveyor, stacker.
- Hydraulic shear CTL line
It is recommend for medium and heavy gauge material with the max 25mm thickness. The line is commonly composed of decoiler, coil unwinding system, straightener, trimmer, corrective leveller, hydraulic shear, conveyor, stacker.
