Function: This machine could produce the steel wire cleaning ball by the principle of squashing, knitting. The whole process of squashing and knitting is made at one time, which is appropriate for stainless steel wire, galvanized iron wire, copper-plating iron wire, etc. The cleaning effect of the product is nice well, it is widely applied to hotel, factory, kitchen, bathroom and so on.
The machine is adopted electrical magnetism governing-speed motor to adjust the speed of pinch roller and transducer to regulate speed of circular knitting machine so that the speeds of these two parts could match very well. Meanwhile, it is installed with micromatic setting what could automatically control the squashing and knitting speed when machine is operating, thus it is able to adjust the mesh size of the product conveniently and settle the problem of no adjusting the product density thoroughly. It is worthy of to be the leading position in our homeland.
