DT-JI Lower Pressure Special Injection Molding Machine
Introduction
TEDERIC D-JI low pressure injection molding machine developed by Tederic Company combines extrusion and injection technology to form a dual-stage injection structure(named J type) for pipe fitting. The plasticizing part adopts the extrusion technology, which has the advantages of balanced plasticizing and high efficiency; while the injection unit adopts the reciprocating plunger structure, to the advantages of precision, large injection volume, high efficiency and energy-saving. They are mainly used in the production of large thick-walled pipe fittings. The clamping force can be from 4000KN to 40000KN, and injection size from 9000cm³ to 750000cm³. It is a recommended machine for producing thick wall pipe fittings (water and gas supplying) and filter press plate.
