DF31 high speed rapier loom is designed according Europeanlarge weaving loomand can realize all the functions of its counterpart. It is a top level model with excellent weaving performance and function speed. The weaving machine price is very competitive compared with its excellent performance.
SALIENT FEATURES
Drive System
Thisrapier weaving loomcan adopt either high power main motor plus electromagnetic clutch brake to realize strong start and stop force, or super motor direct drive.
Weft Insertion System
The weft insertion system is driven by spatial four-bar crank, with two filling insertion methods including suspension guide hook and free flight weft insertion.
Beat-up System
Beat-up is managed by bilateral conjugate cam and separating sley, with short stroke and strong force.
Lubrication System
With a closed circulating type of lubrication system, the moving parts of rapier loom can get reliable and prompt lubrication; it also offers oil level warning and oil pressure warning.
Electrical Control System
With 32-bit CPU control system and embedded software, the loom can guarantee with highest fabric quality, prompt detection of machine error and the convenient management. It is a high intelligent weaving loom for sale at competitive price.
