KZJ120 Auto Mask Production Line
Application of :
- KZJ120 Auto Mask Production Line mainly includeds:coiling and charging material, folding and pressing,nose band charging, mask forming, mask cutting,ear loop charging and welding; completing the whole production process from material coiling to finished product.2.Automatic feeding, shearing and ultrasonic welding of the nose band.3.One driving two structure: one mask main machine automatically transports and distributes to two sets of ear loop automatic welding stations through the conveying system.4.According to user needs, some molds can be changed to realize production of masks with various specifications.

Both ends of the mask is neat without burr or fold;2.PLC and touch screen control: with features of convenient parameter setting and simple operation; main conveyor belt adopts single-phase motor conveying and step motor rotation: with advantages of accurate transmission, stable control and adjustable speed;3.The whole adopts aluminum alloy structure,high strength with light weight, accurate size, artisticand durable.4.The tension wheel is set to adjust the fabric tension, to effectively ensure the beauty and flatness of thefinished product;5.Variable frequency control, can adjust the machine running speed according to actual needs;6.Photoelectric detection of raw materials to avoid mistakes and reduce waste;7.The machine is equipped with advanced conveyor belt, and the counting module is adjusted according to user's packaging requirements, to realize the automatic and neat stacking and output of various numbers of masks.
