Drive controls adopt AC multi-drive inventors and ABB full-digital thyristor converter.
AC variable frequency control for roller table drive.
Electric screw-down and fine hydraulic adjusting to realize position control, positive pressure compensation and constant pressure control.
Online lubrication and cooling spraying.
Slab detection and tracking system for automatic operation.
Integrated control station design with interlocking protection, alarming, parameters display and fault diagnosis.
