CNC 弯管机
对于多角度的元件弯曲，前一种弯管机显得难以适应，我们设计出CNC数控弯管机，由PLC触摸屏人机介面系统控制，机器有三个步进马达驱动的传动系统，分别为送料长度控制机构，弯曲半径选择机机构和弯曲角度控制机构。我们将要弯曲的元件的弯曲方向，长度数值，半径数值按一定的程式在触摸屏输入数据。PLC便按照这些参数调整和控制完成元件的弯曲，有一些角度的弯曲还需要借助机器上加装的限位装置和人工转动管子实现，但比起其它的弯曲机器操作起来简单、轻松、准确。本机器设有三个不同半径的弯曲工装，可以在同一根管上弯曲不同的圆弧半径。
