Product feature
1. C-body design, whole body cast, high-temperature aging, high rigid and small deformation.
2.Adopt PLC control, realize human-computer interaction and facilitate operation through touch screen, set speed, pressure and time within specified range of touch screen.
3.Hydraulic system sensor is installed to display actual pressure. Pressure testing range can be set to test whether pressure conforms to set range. The machine will give automatic alarming and stop operation in case of overpressure or insufficient pressure.
4. Small forming force of riveting, only 1/10 that of punching and riveting, no deformation after riveting with smooth and nice riveting surfaces.
5. Professionally designed to be applied in riveting of various components and parts.
6. Frequency conversion power head, arbitrarily adjusted speed of main shaft, easy operation and wide scope.
7. Full hydraulic system, high pressure, stable work performance, large regulating range of pressure, and high precision.
8. Safety design, application of bimanualness, with emergency stop as well as jog up and down function.
9. The downward movement has two speeds of fast forward and work feeding, fast speed improves work efficiency while work feeding protects mould to enhance riveting quality by arbitrary adjustment of speed.
10. Circulating start-up of key pressing and foot switching, easy to achieve auto-control.
11. No vibration, low noise and energy, easy and safe operation with high efficiency and low cost.
12. Sealing element applies NOK of Japan and DZ U-SEALS.
13. Infrared protection device. (as required by customers)
