Process of CNC Prototyping
Design model: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create three-dimensional models or design drawings. This model will become the basis of the custom china cnc machining prototypingprogram.
CAM programming: Use computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to convert CAD models into G-code that CNC machines can understand. The G code generated by CAM software contains the motion and cutting path information of the CNC machine tool.
Material preparation: Select appropriate materials, usually plastic, metal or composite materials. Make sure the material is flat, dry, and cut or trimmed according to design requirements.
