Fote Group carefully designed the hammer crusher on the basic of absorbing advanced technology from home and abroad, which directly make the maximum particle size of 600mm-1800mm material crushed to less than 25mm, broken compressive strength less than 200 MPa and calcium content higher than 40 % of a variety of medium hardness and brittle materials, such as limestone, coal, salt, white sub, gypsum, alum, brick, tile, coal and so on. Also used for crushing fiber structure, strong flexibility and toughness of broken wood, paper or broken asbestos cement waste to recycle asbestos fibers and so on. Hammer crusher advanced performance, stable and reliable, and often used in cement, gravel, coal, building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, road construction and fertilizer industries.

In the hammer mill crusher machine, the motor drives the rotor rotate at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being re-crushed until they reached the required size.

For a traditional hammer crusher with a top inlet, large blocks to be fed may impede the action of the hammers and block the crusher. In the Fote Hammer Coal Crusher, however, the horizontal feed system accepts coarse feed blocks because it incorporates one or two shock absorbing inlet rollers. The inlet rollers accurately control the feed to the crusher and ensure a smooth and even flow of material. Whether one or two inlet rollers are used depends on the method of feeding the crusher. Fote feeder, which is normally used, maintains a consistent feed rate and requires only one inlet roller. A vibration feeder, on the other hand, includes grizzly sections for by-passing undersize material, and the somewhat uneven feed rate can be smoothed by installing two inlet rollers.
