This line mainly consist of feeding - primary crushing - conveying - secondary crushing - grinding machine - classifier - chemical flotation - concentrated ore - drying
Brief Introduction of Working Principle
1). The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces centrifugal effect with negative pressure;
2). Enough air is inhaled into mixed pulp, and pulp mixes with drug at the same time;
3). Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of pulp to form mineralized bubble;
4). Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
